The accommodation is spacious, luxurious and contemporary, furnished to an excellent standard with all three bedrooms being en-suite, under floor heating is used throughout. It is strictly no smoking in the Lodge.
Ground floor
Large Kitchen: with slate flooring, range cooker - dual fuel double oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and all usual kitchen appliances and utensils. The kitchen is open plan with a large, beautiful dining area, with solid oak table and leather dining chairs.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, sink with downstairs WC and cloakroom.
Lounge: Slate floor, LCD TV including free view, DVD, CD player, three leather sofas and gas stove with views over wooded fields and wildlife pond.
A hand made bespoke oak stair case and balcony lead to the first floor.
First Floor
- Master Bedroom: King size bed, T.V. and en-suite fully tiled shower room including sink and WC.
- Family Bedroom: Double bed, single bed, T.V. and en-suite fully tiled bath and shower room including sink and WC.
- Family Bedroom: Three single beds and en-suite shower room including sink and WC.

Outside and Garden Area
There is a large lawned garden/play area with garden furniture and BBQ available. Private parking is available to the front of Westnewton lodge. There is an outside building suitable for storing bicycles etc.

Facilities and Miscellaneous
All gas and electric, bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot and high chair are available on request. Complimentary wine and welcome pack provided, friendly advice and assistance if required.
